Recommended Items

• Activewear and outdoors clothing

• Warm layers for evening campfires

• PJs

• Comfy/supportive closed-toe shoes for walking around camp and nature activities

• Swim suit

• Beach towel

• Pool noodles or floaties

• Bag for wet swimsuits/towels

• Shoes that can get wet or secure water sandals and/or shower shoes

• Personal care items: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, face wash, etc.

• Anti-chafing products or other personal comfort supplies

• Bath towel & washcloth*

• Bedding: pillow, sheets, blanket, and/or sleeping bag*

• Any meds (prescription and non) you might need, CPAP

• Camp chair

• Backpack / fanny pack to carry essentials around camp as you won’t always have time to get back to your cabins between sessions

• Flash light / lantern / head lamp

• Mobility aids (walker, scooter, cane, bike)

• Ear plugs / headphones

• Device chargers / cords

• Refillable water bottle

• Rain jacket or poncho

• Sunscreen, insect repellent, and optional sun hat/sunglasses

• Snacks & drinks you want to have available (a refrigerator is available in each cabin, but space is limited and prioritized for campers who have dietary restrictions.)

*If you ordered a linen pack, it includes: a set of sheets, a pillow with pillowcase, a blanket, and a towel and washcloth

Optional Items

• Something to read for Books and Banter session

• Your own crafts and works-in-progress for open crafting time

• Board & card games (you can bring these to the lounge only when you plan to play them, if you leave them in the lounge, please label them with your name. You can also donate them to camp and we will keep them for future events!)

• Yoga mat - yoga will be a very accessible, prop-less practice, but you can bring any props you might want. You can use a towel or blanket in lieu of a mat. We’ll also provide chairs for anyone who wants a seated chair practice.

• Musical instruments - we’ll be singing and playing songs around the campfire on Saturday evening.

• Any items you need for a variety show performance! We will have a laptop you can use for any musical accompaniments or slide decks, etc.

• Preferred notebook and writing tools for the writing workshop

• Dry bag or waterproof phone pouch for lake activities
